When I went to Bobsweep.com I fell in love with the website and the product immediately. I am a graphic designer myself and found the website to be much more genuine than your average robotic website and I also loved the pictures! Also in my experience, the website communicates a lot about the company’s approach to the market, their product, their services and their vision. I have been using the Bobsweep for about 10 days now and decided to write a review for the future buyers, especially because Bobsweep seems to be getting more and more popular in Canada. OK, so I have to say that bobsweep’s performance is not extraordinary, but it is satisfactory. I think one problem is that they raise the expectation too high when you read about their product on the website, so buyers expect a miracle! If you are considering buying the Bobsweep, I can tell you that it does a good job of cleaning your floors but it doesn’t make them spotless (and I don’t have a huge house, just a 2 bedroom apt). If you want super clean floors, you still have to vacuum every once in a while because Bobsweep doesn’t go to every spot in your house. For example I have 2 side tables between my couches and Bobsweep cannot go between them as there is little space. On the positive side, it does go under my coaches which I had a hard time vacuuming. So, it has its advantages, but doesn’t rid you completely of the task of floor cleaning. I think I will have to vacuum and mop at least half as frequently as I used to, so beware of that. I am still generally happy with the purchase of Bobsweep because it keeps the floor cleaner in between my own vacuuming and mopping which is good. I think it is a good investment if you are busy and want to maintain a mostly clean apartment with less than the usual effort. But if you are a Mr. or Ms clean, do not bother spending your money on it!
